Cross-legged we sit on the floor...

Cross-legged we sit, on the floor,
Facing the wall, across the door,

And as we sit, we roll this ball,
From us to the wall, and back from the wall,

Tell me your secrets and ask me mine,
I wanna hear your laughter and tears and rhymes,

Now, lets turn to our sides and face each other,
I'll pick up the ball and we'll pass it to each other,

From dancing along to the levee,
We are back to we,
The wall as our soundboard to,
Shared joys, me and you...
