Chaos. And yet it works.

When you visit cities like Kanpur and even Gurgaon and Delhi to some extent, you realise the true extent of Chaos that flows through India's blood vessels. But the chaos isn't as astonishing. What is truly astonishing is the fact that it still works. It may not work efficiently or in the best possible way (and by a large margin) but, it somehow (don't know how) still works.
'All cities are mad: but the madness is gallant.
All cities are beautiful: but the beauty is grim.
'
