Burn it

They sat on the old wooden arch bridge overlooking the slight stream that made its way through the near middle of the woods- 6 years old boys, both of them.

Legs dangling over the stream as they sat at the edge, near abouts the middle of the span of that thing, they turned to look at each other. For a minute or so. And then turned back to look straight ahead.

The one on the left said, "Burn it."

The one on the right turned to look at him, face mostly unchanged, with an expression that said nothing much and yet quite something, and changed not the slightest. A calm, no emotion expression, but also one that understood what he meant.

"Hmmm...", nodded the one on the right, "that's what Sahir said- '...jala do ise phoonk do yeh...mere saamne se hataa do yeh...' "

"Good thing we realized it early in our lives."

"Hmmm....", replied the one on the right, "burn it."
