So I get my first rejection letter today, from Princeton.
Obviously, I didn't enjoy that. And I am listening to this song from Metallica for a bit of release. The song gets over, and the next song on my ipod is B.B. King's 'What a wonderful world'. As you can see, the transition is stark, and it makes me laugh out loud.
And I am having this end-to-end walk on my house's roof while I do all this. This squirrel pops up from nowhere and starts doing these antics, and my dog starts chasing it around. And I say, "how fucking cool."
